Product Overview
This customizable unwinding machine (pay-off stand) is designed for the controlled, continuous release of roll materials such as film, foil, paper, non-woven fabric, battery electrode, or wire to downstream processes including coating, printing, laminating, and slitting. Available in high-speed web, heavy-duty coil, and compact benchtop configurations.

Precise tension control prevents material stretching, wrinkling, or breakage during unwinding. Working Principle: The roll material is mounted on the unwinding shaft. The tension control system (magnetic powder brake or servo motor) applies adjustable resistance to maintain constant web tension. For active unwinders, a motor drives the shaft to actively feed material, synchronized with line speed via PID control. The web guide system ensures lateral alignment, and the dancer roller absorbs tension fluctuations for smooth unwinding.
